On Tuesday of last week, I attended an evening lecture at the Southwest Naturopathic Medical Center on the latest methods of detoxifying the body. A few weeks ago I became ill with the common cold. I was under the weather for a few days before I started to feel better using regular over-the-counter cold relief. A few days later, however, I found myself feeling worse than I did before with increased sinus pressure. I decided to call HN to ask for advice on what I should do. Here is my story from the week before last...I have had a rash on my left arm for about a month.  Since our family has great coverage and our doctor co-pay is only $20, I initially went to my primary care physician.  He prescribed some creams and soap to clear it up.  However, after zero relief, and enough pain and irritation to keep me awake for many nights, I gave HealthiestYou a call (as I should have done in the beginning).  My daughter took photos of the rash and my wife texted them to the doctor at 12:30 PM.
